The Power Wheels 1 year warranty is the longest vehicle warranty in the industry. Fisher-Price believes that you are entitled to the highest quality product and services and will stand by our vehicles.
A 6-month battery warranty applies to the battery(ies) that were included with the Power Wheels by Fisher-Price vehicle when originally purchased.
This limited warranty covers the Power Wheels ride-on vehicle and the battery(ies), purchased by the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers normal use and does not cover the Power Wheels vehicle or battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover, and is intended to exclude, any liability damages for breach of warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation so this limitation may not apply to you.
Should you need service or assistance with your vehicle during the warranty period, DO NOT RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE STORE. We have a nationwide network of Authorized Service Centers which is being continually expanded. Please refer to the list in the owner's manual.
